An intricate build comprising a stable block and a house, the whole development was undertaken in Flemish bond and uses contrasting bricks for projecting quoins.

It features a double plinth in Flemish bond with projecting piers to the front and contrasting bricks and detailed courses mid-way through the building and at the eaves.
